Our fees are both lump sum and percentage based on the services we offer, however a tailored quote can be provided based on your individual needs.
Pre Purchase Pest, Building & Strata Inspection Reports and Tax Depreciation Schedules

Platinum Package - Full Property Search
To start your search a $2,200 (GST Inclusive) initial registration fee is payable.
A fee of 1.50% (plus GST) of the purchase price is paid on successful purchase only. The initial fee of $2,200 is deducted from this amount. Our fee is 100% success based. No purchase. No fee. You will still be liable for the registration fee.
For example, a property purchase of $500,000 will attract a fee of $8,250 (GST inclusive).
Gold Package
To engage us a $550 (GST Inclusive) fee is payable.
Silver Package
To engage us a $275 (GST Inclusive) fee is payable.
Additional Fees for Auction Bidding
Auction Bidding attracts a separate fee of $550 (GST inclusive) per auction attended. |
