Our Building inspection reports are essential for anyone considering purchasing a property. We inspect all types of residential properties including houses, units, townhouses, duplexes & villas. Your Building Inspection Report is compliant with Australian Standard AS 43491.

Here's an outline of the information you'll see in your building inspection report:

- A description of any building defects, structural problems or illegal items.

You will receive an emailed copy of the report. Mailing the report incurs an additional cost of $25.00 (plus GST) for printing and postage. You will receive a colour bound copy of your report.
