Australian Building Appraisal Services is the collaboration of two firms, Australian Building Appraisal Services and Australian Buyers Agent Services and is the brainchild of serial entrepreneur Yenktesh Reddy. Australian Building Appraisal Services Pty Ltd (ABAS) is a firm specialising in assisting buyers with the purchase of a property.

Yenktesh has worked in the Property industry for over fifteen years, during which he has been involved in all facets. With his combined qualifications as a Buyers Agent & Quantity Surveyor, and extensive industry experience he adds considerable weight to the strength and diversity of the office.
Yenktesh’s experience includes the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. His ability to effectively translate difficult subject matter into easily understood information is a highly beneficial and rewarding quality. As a result, he was invited as a guest speaker on the Sky Business Report with Mr David Koch.
Furthermore, Yenktesh has provided commentary for articles that have appeared in the investor section of The Sun-Herald, The Australian - Wealth Section & moneymanager.com.au (click on the links below).
Yenktesh is also a Director for Australia's leading Tax Depreciation advisory firms - Australian Tax Depreciation Services and property consulting firm Corpred Enterprises. In this role he has analysed and inspected several thousand properties and assisted clients in personally saving thousands.
Yenktesh is also the founder and Managing Director of property contracting business Glamour Painting & Maintenance Services. |
He has a real passion for real estate and has developed his own extensive property portfolio over the last ten years. . He enjoys helping clients meet their varying property buying needs and he draws from his own personal experiences to assist his clients in either building their own property portfolios or buying their dream home.
