AUCTION BIDDING OR PRIVATE SALE NEGOTIATIONS

We will use our professional expertise to bid at auction or negotiate privately for a property you have already found. Our sales database systems gives us comparable sales of similar properties at our fingertips. 

Essentially our fees will cover the following services

Inspecting the identified property on your behalf.
Analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the property.
Provide advice on ways to increase the value of the property.
Research property values in the area and compare recent sales.
Negotiate the sale price and contract terms or attend auction and bid on your behalf.
Refer and co-ordinate your choice of finance and conveyancing providers as required.

This agreement is for a term of six months, for up to ten properties.
